Email Templates

Email Templates:
All emails that are being sent to patients can be found in the email templates section. The functions of each are described below the name of the email.You can edit and preview all emails, and some have a custom delivery schedule that you can also configure. 

How it works:
Go to the 
Setup menu > Email Templates.
To Edit:
- Click the 'edit' button to edit an email template.
- You will see the From / Subject / CC / BCC fields. These can be updated as you wish.
- In the text editor you are able to see and edit the editable portion of the email.

- If you wish to turn off the email uncheck the 'Active' check box.
- Hit the Save button to save your changes. 
To Preview:
- Click the 'preview button' and you will be able to see the email with the additional information hidden from the text editor along with the header and footer.

Custom Delivery Schedules:
Some emails can be configured with a custom delivery schedule: Appointment Reminder, Follow-up Required Reminder & Public Booking Hours Running Out
- Click 'Edit' beside the Email Template. On the right under the email template description, there is a 'Configure Custom Schedule' link. Click the link to configure: 
- Specify when you want to send the email and how often you would like to resend it.

Internal Email Templates:

Internal Email Templates are used for internal notifications.
- Some of these emails have the option to specify who the email should be sent to.
- Email address(s)
 must entered into the email templates 'TO:' field.
