Public Booking Hours Running Out Email:
The Public Booking Hours Running Out email is an internal email template that notifies whomever specified when the public booking hours 'end date' is approaching for enabled service lines. The email can be configured with a custom delivery schedule.
How it works:
Configure the email to be sent:
- Email address(s) must entered into the email templates 'TO:' field.
- This is done in the Setup menu > Email Templates > Click 'Edit' beside the Email.
- Enter the email address(s) into the 'To:' field > Save.
What is the service line end date?
- When looking at the service line summary page (Setup menu > Service Line Setup) there is an 'End Date' column.
- This represents when your public booking hours are going to run out.
- This email notification is meant to remind you to add more public booking hours so patients can continue to book online.
- If you do not want certain service line(s) to be available for public booking anymore you can disable the service line(s) from public booking and you will no longer be reminded about it. (Setup menu > Service Line Setup > Click into service line > Uncheck 'enabled for')
Public Booking Hours Running Out Custom Delivery Schedule:
This is done in the Setup menu > Email Templates > Click 'Edit' beside the Email. On the right under the email template description, there is a 'Configure Custom Schedule' link. Click the link to configure:
- Specify when you want to send the email to whomever specified: 2 weeks, 1 month or 2 months before the service lines public booking hours end date.
- Specify how often you would like to resend the email: never, every day, every other day, or every week.
