Uploads Tab
UPLOADS:
The
uploads tab for a patient is found either in their patient record or
their appointment. You will see the same upload tab regardless of where
you access it. This is where you can upload documents for a patient.
(For example: old vaccination records.) If the document is not already
in electronic format, you will first need to scan the document and save
it to your computer.
How It Works:
- To upload a document, go to the uploads tab and use the 'Add Document' button.
- All documents are Date, Time and User stamped.
- You can give the document a Name and a Note.
- If you leave the name field blank, it will pick up the name of your document.
- If the document was uploaded from
the patients appointment, there will be a link into that appointment so you
will always be clear which appointment this document relates to.
- The name of the document becomes a link to open the document back up.
- You can view the note upon roll over, and edit by clicking the link.
