You can edit the service line specific copy on your public booking site, and add custom service line specific copy to the confirmation email and follow-up confirmation emails. 

Public Booking Site Custom Copy:

- There is a drop-down menu where you first select the page/email you would like to edit. 
- There is different copy for the 'Public booking site' vs the 'Walk-in booking site' for the intro and the thank-you page. These are labeled as such. The Schedule and Summary page copy is shared on both sites. 

Confirmation Email Custom Copy:

- Select this option from the drop-down menu to add/edit copy. 
- This copy will be 
included in the confirmation emails and reminder emails sent to the patient.

Follow-up Confirmation Email Custom Copy:
- Select this option from the drop-down menu to add/edit copy. 
- This copy will be 
included in the confirmation emails and reminder emails sent to the patient.

To edit your Welcome Page:
Go to the Setup menu > Preferences > Public Booking Preferences
> Then go to the 'Welcome Screen' tab
> Select either the 'Public booking site' or the 'Walk-in booking site' to edit
- Edit the copy and adjust the font as needed > SAVE
