Special Branding:
There are a few service line preferences to accommodate special public booking needs, and branding if needed.
Use Separate Public Booking Site:
The separate public booking site link will go directly to the intro for this service line. This is handy when you may only be offering one service line, or if a service line has separate business flow from the rest. If the preference is checked, this service line button will no longer appear on the welcome page of your regular public booking site. And all Cancel Booking, Home and Log Out buttons will also go directly back to the intro instead of the welcome page.
Don't Allow Public Booking for this Service Line:
If this preference is checked on, the service line button will not appear on your public booking site welcome page even when enabled. The patient will not be directed back to the welcome page after Log Outs from appt management (confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling) or after filling out their questionnaire.
Special Branding:
If either of the 2 preferences mentioned above is checked on, special branding below will be enabled automatically. This is to prevent the patient receiving a link to your regular public booking site in the footer of any emails.
How this works:
The special branding will be used on the public booking site and all emails and links instead of the regular branch branding. This includes the Link to Questionnaire and appt management (confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling).
- By default, having special branding selected will use your existing branding, but will not include a footer.
- If you wish to include a footer in the emails or on any web pages the patient will have access to, you must enter it in the footer section below.
- You can additionally:
~ Upload a different logo to be used for this service line
~ Edit the header copy
~ Edit the colours
