Setup Tab > Use Digital Consent & Summary Report Always

Setup Tab > Use Digital Consent & Summary Report Always

Use Digital Consent & Summary Report Always:
If digital signature is not obtained, consent options and signature fields will be included.

Explained:
This means that you always want to use the Digital Consent & Summary Report (instead of the prescription & consent form) even if the digital signature was not obtained. (In general, if the digital signature is obtained, the Digital Consent & Summary Report is selected automatically on the prescription tab within an appointment.) If this preference is on,
the Digital Consent & Summary Report will be selected by default regardless of the digital signature, and the consent options and signature lines will be included to be filled out & signed after being printed.

If you wish to use the
Digital Consent & Summary Report instead of the Prescription & Consent Form always:
- Go to Setup > Service Line Setup > Drilled into a service line > Setup tab.
- Check on 'Use
Digital Consent & Summary Report Always'

Note:
- If this is checked on, and the digital signature was not obtained, the signatures lines will appear on the report for you and the patient to sign during the appointment.
If this is NOT checked on, and the digital signature was not obtained, it is assumed that you will print the prescription and consent form separately and digital consent & summary report can be used as a summary only.
