Public Booking Advance Notice
There is a preference in the service line setup to manage how much advance notice is required for patients booking appointments online.

This is done Under the Setup menu > Service Line Setup > Within any Service Line > on the Setup tab. 
- Mid way down there is a preference 'Public Booking Advance Notice: _____ days. 
- Just enter in the number of days required for advance notice, and this ensures the time slots will not be available online for the public for booking.

NOTE:
- 2 hours advance notice is included for 0 days. 1 day = tomorrow, 2 days = day after tomorrow ect. Weekends are included.
