Prompt for Consent and Digital Signature:

Explained:
Use this preference if you want to prompt the patient for a digital signature in advance while they are filling out their health profile from the link in their confirmation email. 

If you wish to use this feature:
- Go to Setup > Service Line Setup > Drilled into a service line > Setup tab.
- Check on 'Prompt for Consent and Digital Signature'

Note:

If on, the consent form page will be presented to patient in the link from their confirmation email. (Once the patient has gone through the health profile questionnaire, online booking questionnaire (if included) & Patient Profile, the consent form page would be presented.)
- This needs to be turned on for each service line you wish to collect a digital signature for appointments that aren't booked through the walk-in site.
- There is a branch preference to turn this on for the walk-in site that applies to all service lines.
