Setting up Public Booking Hours from a User Schedule:
Public booking hours can be managed directly from a user schedule tab.

New Public Booking Hours:
This is done in the Setup menu > Users > Users again > Click 'Edit' beside the User Name > Go to the 'Schedule' tab.

> Hit the 'ADD HOURS' button. 
> You will first be taken to the 'service line selection' screen. Select the service lines you wish to create the hours for and assign to this user, then hit the 'CONTINUE' button. (NOTE: You can have certain service lines checked on by default by first selecting them on the user's service line tab.) 
> You will then be taken to the 'define the parameters' screen. Fill out the fields according to desired schedule, then hit the 'SAVE' button. 
> You will then be taken back to the schedule tab for this user. The user schedule will appear and can be edited at any time. 
TIPS:
- Create public booking hours for all service lines and/or days that share the same set of hours in separate efforts.  

NOTE: Service lines must also be 'enabled' from the service line setup in order to appear online for booking. 
This allows you to turn on/off public booking for a service line with one click, and allows you to start your setup including public booking hours before you are ready to turn it on.
