Reports Tab > Edit Action Plan Recommendation Defaults

Reports Tab > Edit Action Plan Recommendation Defaults

Setup -  Edit Action Plan Recommendation Defaults:
Recommendations are included in the action plan, which is the report that is generated at the end of any Health Clinic or Travel Appointment. Detailed recommendation defaults can be stored in the system. You can access them later during an appointment allowing you to easily pick and choose and make personalized recommendations based on the patients test results or travel situation.

How it works:

Under the Setup menu > Service Line Setup > within a Health Clinic or Travel service line > on the Reports Tab > Click 'Edit Defaults' beside Action Plan Recommendations.
This is where we can add / edit the Action Plan Recommendations defaults for this service line.
- There are 6 sections to work with, plus the footer. For each section there is a name, and an unlimited list of recommendation points.
- To change the default name of a section use the edit button found beside it.
- Use the Add / Edit / Delete buttons create the list of recommendation options.
- If you don't need 6 sections, you can use the disable button to hide it completely. (You can easily bring it back later.)
- Use the Edit footer button near the bottom to edit the default footer.

NOTE:
Once the Recommendation Defaults have been setup they can be found on the Action Plan tab of a new appointment. They can then be personalized to suit your patient.
- To select a point to be included in the action plan for your patient, simply check the box beside it and then hit save at the top of the list.
~ You can edit the point further by clicking the edit button on the right side of the line. Edit the recommendation and click save. This will now be saved to this patients appointment only.
~ If you don't select any points from a certain section, that section will not be included in your patients action plan.
- You can also edit the section Names and Footer if needed.

How editing the defaults effects appointments that have already been booked:
- If you make a change to the action plan recommendation defaults, the action plan within the appt will be updated ONLY IF you have NOT already customized it to suit that patient. Once you make an edit, the new defaults will no longer be brought over into the existing appts.
