Patient Records
You can access the list of patient records from 1) the 'Patient Records' menu item, or 2) during a new appointment creation.

How it works:
- When you first get to this screen you will be presented with a list of patient records.
- To find the patient you are looking for, start typing their details into the search fields, starting with their last name. The list of patients will auto update accordingly so you can easily see if you have any patients with that last name.
- If you don't find the patient you are looking for, continue entering their details and hit the 'Save New Patient' button.
      ~ If you are booking an appointment the patient will selected automatically. If its a group booking you can continue searching for and adding patients as needed.

NOTES:
- You can search for patients by Last / First Name, E-mail, Birthday or PHN. 
- Search fields double as new patient input fields. (This is to help prevent duplicate patient records.)
- When booking a group appointment internally, you have the option to pick and choose which patient info to copy from one record to the other.
