Overdue Follow-up Required

Overdue Follow-up Required
Follow-up Required means that a patient requires a follow-up appointment and it is not yet booked. An alert will appear on your calendar page (above the filter on the right side of the page), to remind you about overdue follow-ups required.

How it works:
- If you see the alert on your calendar it means you have an overdue follow-up appointment required.
- Overdue means that the due date has passed.
- Click the link to be taken to the list of Follow-up Appointments Required.
- Use the:
~ 'Book Next Appt' button to book the follow-up appt for the patient.
~ 'Dismiss' button to dismiss the reminder
~ 'Send Email' button to send the 'Follow-up Required Reminder' email to the patient prompting them to book their follow-up appt online.
