Opinion Request Tab
Opinion Requests:
If you have a question or would like a second opinion, we can now connect you to a specialist who is qualified to provide their opinion through the use of our opinion request service. Please note there is a fee for this service.
How it works:
- If you are connected to a medical advisor who is qualified to offer opinion requests for the service line, the 'Opinion Request' tab will appear in the appointment (ie: Travel Vaccinations).
- Select the medical advisor from the drop down menu.
- Type the question with as much detail as possible, then submit.
- A notification email will be sent to the medical advisor.
- They will have access to view your appointment and all related details to this appointment.
- Once they respond you will receive a notification email in return.
NOTE:
- All opinion request notes will be included in the patients main note section.
