Missing Service Line Follow-up Appointment
If you are looking for a service line follow-up appt that is part of a
sequence and it's not appearing in the follow-up required list or the
appointment list, check the patients history tab. If their follow-up
appointment was cancelled you will need to duplicate it.
> Go to the patient record or a past appointment
for the patient.
> Go to 'History Tab'.
> Remove or edit the date range in the filter if
needed and hit 'Search'.
> The cancelled appointment should appear in the
list below with 'Cancelled' in red.
> Click the date link to
access the cancelled appointment.
> To duplicate the cancelled appointment click the status link
'Cancelled'.
> Hit the 'Duplicate' button.
> Follow-up the
prompt to select a date and time.
The follow-up appt should now be back in the proper sequence order.
