Medical Document:
Each service line now has the option to include a Medical Document instead of, or as well as, the Prescription. The Medical Document is very similar to the Prescription except formatted a bit differently. It was created to be used for Medical Cannabis prescriptions as Licensed Producers prefer this format. 

- The prescribing authority, credentials, and signature are applied in the same way as the prescription. 
- The Medical Document and/or Prescription will appear in the LP pop-up when used. 

To Enable:
- Go to the Service Line Setup > Select Service Line > Go to the 'Reports' tab > Check on 'Use Medical Document'.
- Uncheck 'Use Prescription'  if it is not needed for this service line. 

How it works:
- The Medical Document can be generated from the appointment, from either the prescription tab, reports button, or LP pop-up.
- Make sure the checkbox is checked beside 'Medical Document' and hit the generate button.
- Once it is generated it will be saved into the system and accessible anytime.

Included in the report:
- Patient Information: Name, sex, DOB & Contact Details (pulled from patient profile)
- Dosage Information: All prescribing details: Drug Name, Dose, Mitte if included, Instructions if included, Medical Directive information if applicable, and Prescription Additon from appt if included.
- Health Care Practitioner Information: Name, Profession, License #, Province(s) Authorized to Practice in, Signature, & Prescription Addition (pulled from user profile)
