If I cancel my pre-booked drug follow-up appts, will they be added to the follow-up required list?
Simply cancelling the appts will not have them added to the follow-up required list. But in some scenario's it is possible:
For example:
A patient booked an appt and received the first dose of
Twinrix Rapid, and you booked the 3 follow-up appts automatically at that time. So you now have 4 appts:
#1 - 0D
- 1 of 4 (dispensed)
#2 - 7D - 2 of 4
#3 - 21D - 3 of 4
#4 - 1Y - 4 of 4
You now decide you want to cancel these appts and use the follow-up required list instead so the patient can book their own appt.
You can cancel appts #3 & #4, and reschedule #2 if needed. Once you dispense the drug
in the appt for dose #2, it will trigger appt #3 to be added to the
follow-up required list. Then once dose #3 is dispensed, it will do the same for dose #4.
