How do I setup a default instruction for a drug?

How do I setup a default instruction for a drug?

- Go to the setup menu > drug database > click on the drug name.
- Go to the Instructions tab > add the Instruction if needed. 
- Go to the Dosages tab > Click edit beside the dose > There is a 'default instruction' drop down menu where you can select the instruction that should be chosen by default for this dose > Select & Save.
