How do I reschedule an appointment?
To reschedule an appointment, you simply click the date and time link within the appointment. (Highlighted in green in the attachment below)
You will then be taken to the calendar screen with a flashing bar at the top prompting you to select a new date. Once you select the date you will be prompt to select a time. Once you select the time it will ask you to confirm, and you will have to option to send the confirmation email or un-check the box if you do not wish to send it.
Patients also have the option to reschedule their own appointments from a link in their confirmation email(s) if the preference is enabled for them to do so.
