How do I adjust the appointment length?
The appointment length is customizable per service line, and for each there is a separate appt length for follow-up appts.
Appointment Length:
Go to the Setup menu > Service Line Setup > select the service line > stay on the 'Setup' tab.
In the top right corner, adjust the Appointment Length > SAVE SERVICE LINE.
Follow-up Appointment Length:
Go to the Setup menu > Service Line Setup > select the service line > go to the 'Follow-up' tab.
Half way down on the left side, adjust the Follow-up Appt Length > SAVE SERVICE LINE.
