History Tab
History Tab
HISTORY TAB:
A patients history tab is found in their patient record or
their appointment. You will see the same history tab regardless of where you
access it from. This area contains useful information about the patients appointment history that you might want to
look back on while relating to a patient.
How it works:
- When you first get to this tab you will see Appointment Details for all Past appointments for this patient.
- You can adjust the search options as needed if you are looking for a specific appointment.
~ This includes: Date range, Service Line, Drug & History Type, then hit the Search button.
- You can see future appointments by removing or editing the 'Date To' field.
- The first column always tells you the appointment date/time (which links directly into the appointment), the service line, and destination(s) (if its travel).
History Type Explained:
Along with the appointment details in the 1st column you will have access to:
Appointment Details:
- Current patient reports such as prescription, consent form, action plan or courtesy letter.
- Appointment notes.
Drugs Dispensed:
- All dispensed drugs.
- Dispensed drugs observation notes.
Booking History:
- All booking activity such as Appointment Booked, Rescheduled, Completed or Cancelled.
- Time stamp for each event to help you to understand the booking history of the appointment.
History of Emails:
- All emails sent to the patient relating to the corresponding appointment.
- Time stamp for each email to help you to understand which emails the patient is receiving.
Non-current Reports:
- All previously generated patient reports for that appointment that are
no longer current. (For example: you needed to re-generate the
prescription because you made a change, the old one would be considered
non-current. These will not be needed in most cases, but just in case,
they are there for reference.)
