Service Line Follow-up Appt Questionnaire Preferences:
There are 2 preferences the specify how the online booking / follow-up questionnaire should react to follow-up appointments.
How it works:
Go to the Setup Menu > Service Line Setup > Click into a service line > Go to the 'Follow-up' tab.
Save online booking answers for follow-up appts:
(All appointments within a sequence will share an online booking questionnaire.)
Explained:
- Check this on if you would like to save the answers from the initial appointments online booking questionnaire for follow-up appointments. For example, if its a travel appointment the follow-up appt is still relating to the same trip, so we don't need to have the patient answer these questions again, but you might want to reference their previous answers during a follow-up appt.
- Leave this preference unchecked if you do not want to save the patients answers from the initial appointment. This means the questionnaire will appear blank and the answers can be replaced in each follow-up appt in the sequence.
Ask follow-up questionnaire instead for follow-up appts:
(Will be presented to the patient in the ‘link to questionnaire’ from their confirmation email, or online if service line follow-up = all appointments after the first. Answers will be saved to current follow-up appt only, and asked again for each follow-up appt in the sequence. If preference above is on, the online booking questionnaire from first appt will be presented for reference.)
Explained:
- Check this on if you would like to replace the online booking questionnaire and ask a different set of questions (follow-up questionnaire) for follow-up appointments. For example, if its a Smoking Cessation appointment you can ask them how their quit plan is going ect.
