Duplicate Appointment

Duplicate Appointment:
This feature can be used anytime you need to duplicate an appointment. For example, if the patient wishes to defer a drug to a later date, you can use the duplicate appointment button to carry over all of the appointment details to a new appointment.

How it works:
- From any appointment, click the appt status link (found top left 'Status: Confirmed') to open up the
Change Appointment Status window. 
- Click the Duplicate Appointment button.
> You will be prompted to select a date & time.
> You will then have the chance to review the new date/time and specify to send the confirmation email or not. 
> Hit 'Book Now' to confirm the new (duplicated) appointment. 

Of Note:
The following information will be carried from the original appointment to the new duplicated appointment:
- Online Booking Questionnaire
- Trip Itinerary
- Drugs that have a status of Deferred or Prescription Required
- Edits that have been made to the Action Plan / Courtesy Letter custom copy
