Drug Categories
You can categorize the drugs in the drug database as either Flu, General, Other, Routine, Smoking Cessation or Travel.
- You can filter & report on a drug category.
- It is also used to specify which drugs a user has prescribing authority for.
Go to the Setup Menu > Drug Database.
- You can filter on a category by selecting it from the drop down menu labeled 'Category'.
- You can see which category is selected for a drug by looking at the 'Category' field in the list view in the top right corner of each drug 'box'.
To Edit a Drug Category:
> Click on the name of the drug > Stay on the 'Description' tab.
> Select a new category from the drop down menu labeled 'category'.
> Save.
