Branch Preference: Use Billing System

Use Billing System:
If this is checked Off the billing tab and miscellaneous items will be hidden.

- If you are not planning to use our billing system to generate an invoice, this is a preference to turn it off. It affects the billing tab and miscellaneous items database only.
If you do not wish to use the Billing System:
> Go to Setup > Preferences > Branch Preference > Preferences tab:
> Select  'Off' for 'Use Billing System'.

Note:
If you have this turned off:
- You can still see the individual drug prices on the prescription tab, which can be a handy reference when speaking to the patient.
- If you run the activity report, all sales will come in at '0', but the appointment #'s & drug tally will still be accurate.
