Display 'Link to Questionnaire' after online booking:
If this is checked on the link to questionnaire from the confirmation email will be displayed on the thank-you page after a patient has completed booking an appointment online.
Explained:
There is a preference to specify if you would like to display the 'link to questionnaire' that is sent in the confirmation email on the thank you page after online booking. You may wish to turn this on if you would like your patients to fill out their health profile questionnaire immediately after booking, rather then relying on them following the link from their confirmation email.
If you wish to use this feature:
- Go to the Setup menu > Preferences > Branch Preferences > Public Booking tab.
- Select 'On' for 'Display 'Link To Questionnaire' after online booking'

- You will want to ensure your custom copy for the thank-you page speaks to this correctly.
