Branch Preference: Book Follow-up Appointments 'Automatically':
If this is checked on you will have the option to book all follow-up appointments 'automatically' at the time you add the initial dose of a multi-dose vaccination to an appointment or while booking an appointment for a service line setup with follow-up appointments.

Explained:
This is the preference to turn off the question that asks about follow-up appts while adding drugs to an appointment.

If you do not wish to use the Automatic Follow-up Appointments feature:
- Go to Setup > Preferences > Branch Preferences > Preferences tab.
- Select 'Off' for 'Book all Follow-up Appointments 'Automatically'.

Note:
If you have this turned OFF: All patients who receive injections that are part of a sequence will automatically be added to the Follow-up Appointment Required List until the follow-up appointment has been booked.

If you have this turned ON: It is important to have public booking hours setup properly with enough time open to accommodate follow-up appointments in the future.
