Appointment Report:

How it works:

Go to the Reports Menu > Appointments > Appointment Report.
> Filter by:
   ~ Date Range (past, future, present)
   ~ Branch (if at the head office level)
   ~ Service Line
   ~ Assigned To (appointments assigned to user)
   ~ Status
> Hit the 'Generate Report' button. 
> PDF will open.

Included in the report, in this order:
- Appt Date / Time
- Service Line (including follow-up/sequence when applicable)
- Status of Appointment (if confirmed, it will specify who confirmed the confirmed the appt)
- Patient Name
- Patient Phone Number
- Patient Date of Birth
- Assign To (If the appointment is assigned to a user)
