Add New Patient Record

Add New Patient Record:
> Go to Patient Records
> Start typing the patient information into the search fields (Last Name / First Name / Email / Birthday / PHN / Phone # / Gender)
- If the patient already exists in your patient records they will appear in the list below.
> If the patient does not appear in the list below, hit the 'SAVE NEW PATIENT' button.
- You will be taken into the new patient record upon saving.
> Enter any additional details you would like to enter. 
> SAVE.
