Action Plan Tab:
This is where the action plan report is configured and generated for a specific patient / appointment. The Action Plan is a personalized report that is generated during an appointment for the patient to take home. For Health Clinics it includes their test results vs their targets and personal recommendations. For a travel appointment it includes their recommended drugs and personalized travel recommendations.
